Our Philosophy

Our friendly approach is centred on putting the needs of the patient first and understanding that each person has very different needs.   We know that often our clients are in significant pain and whatever the reason it can be very distressing. As such, we use a gentle approach, with a focus on massage and stretching techniques in addition to manipulation.

Our aim is to create a treatment plan suitable to your specific issues, with the ultimate goal of getting you to a point where continued treatment is not required.  We endeavour to explain your treatment plan in a clear and friendly manner and always leave time for questions.
